Our team
Emil Josef
Director & Exercise physiologist
Founder Emil Josef is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia, as well as a exercise & sports scientist, a Sports Medicine Australia Level 2 Sports Trainer and a HEAL facilitator.
At the end of 2016, Emil was named Australia's number one exercise physiologist after taking out Exercise & Sports Science Australia's "exercise physiologist of the year award".

Emil has several years of experience in the field in both Clinical and Healthy populations and enjoys working with clients of all ages.

Anjel Alias
Physiotherapist
Anjel is a passionate and knowledgeable physiotherapist with experience in musculoskeletal and sport injuries, seniors health, neurological conditions, hand therapy, and surgical interventions. He is originally from Canada where he completed his bachelors of Human Kinetics-Movement Science at the University of Windsor. He continued his education at the University of Sydney and graduated with Masters of Physiotherapy.
Anjel completed his clinical placements at Westmead Rehabilitation Hospital, Fairfield Hospital (emergency department, seniors health and hand therapy), and Canterbury Hospital outpatient musculoskeletal. He is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. Anjel’s middle eastern background allows him to provide services with understanding of the Arabic and Assyrian languages. In his free time, Anjel enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing and watching soccer!

Physiotherapist
Emilia is a down-to-earth and passionate physiotherapist with experience in Musculoskeletal conditions, Women’s Health, Clinical Pilates and Pre and Post-surgical Rehabilitation.
Emilia has completed her Masters of Physiotherapy with a bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Since then, Emilia has expanded her qualifications through multiple courses inclusive of: Women’s Health Level 1 and 2 course, Dry Needling course and Clinical Pilates training.
Outside of work, Emilia enjoys going to the gym, playing Tennis, baking and spending time with her family and friends.

Jessica is a fun and passionate exercise physiologist with experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, paediatric and metabolica conditions.
Jessica is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from The University of Sydney. Jess is accredited by Exercise and Sports Science Australia and is also a Beat it facilitator.
In her time off, Jess enjoys playing soccer, living an active lifestyle and going to the beach.
