About us

Empowering change

Changing lives by empowering people to take control of their minds and bodies to give them the freedom to live life to the fullest.

We want to help all individuals be able to spend more time with their families, their friends, play sports, enjoy a drive, go shopping, work and do ordinary things that make us feel happy. Life is too short to have pain and suffering on our minds every day. Our vision is to help you enjoy your life and live life on your own terms.

We bring you the latest scientifically supported practices to help you meet your goals whether it be for injury or disease prevention and management, general health and fitness, sports conditioning, rehabilitation or psychology.

HPH aims to serve the community in which we live, work and play. Support and promote inclusion for all. Promote and model healthy lifestyles, healthy aging and well-being.

We strive to do better. Our team of Health Care Practitioners are committed to ongoing post graduate education to deepen their knowledge base and expand their clinical tool box to meet your goals.

We put you first in every encounter

We believe in listening to you

We understand how the body works, and we know that you understand how your body works best

We believe in sharing our knowledge with you, not talking at you. We address you as a whole person

We appreciate that each person is greater than simply the sum of the parts

o you are.
